Cremation Stethoscope Charm

This unique hammered stethoscope tag is made using your loved one or beloved fur baby's ashes. You will be required to send 1/8 teaspoon of ashes to my studio for this piece to be made.

The stone pictured is clear (no color added) so the color you see is 100% ashes. All ashes vary in color/texture, making all clear stones different and unique.

**Please note:

*These stethoscope tags may fit best on one of the top arms of your stethoscope or the bottom arm. Each stethoscope is slightly different. If your tag does not fit on the bottom arm, you will need to wear it on one of the top arms.

Returns are not accepted on this item due to the nature of it's process.

After you have ordered, please ship a small amount of ashes in a zip lock bag or well sealed envelope to the address below. I only need about 1/8 teaspoon of ashes to create your ring. Whatever ashes (if any) are unused, it will be shipped back to you with your ring.
